AITKEN — MARION. After a lengthy illness, on 5th October 2015, Marion passed away peacefully at home, formerly of Thornwood and Duncraggan Rest Homes, former Chairman of Glasgow South Children’s Panel, mother of Raymond, sister of Veronica and loving partner of Peter. Fortified by rites of Holy Church, R.I.P. Reception and vigil at the Holy Name R.C. Church, Mansewood, on Tuesday at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, 14th October at 10am, thereafter to Linn Crematorium, Lainshaw Drive. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Macmillan Cancer Care.
