SHIELS GEORGE HENRY. Peacefully, at Almond View Care Home, on Wednesday, 22nd March 2017 surrounded by family, George Henry Shiels, husband of the late Evelyn Barclay, dearly loved elder brother of Jack; kind and caring stepfather of Marilyn, David and Andrew Taylor; warm, affectionate father-in-law of Bill, Maureen and Caroline; and adored grandfather of Neil, Ewan, Kirsty, Rachel, Ben and Ross. He will be sadly missed by wider family and friends. Funeral service at Clydebank Crematorium, North Dalnottar at 2.30pm, on Friday, 31st March. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Beatson Cancer Charity.
