GILBERT STUART SANDERS. Peacefully at home, on Friday, 30th June 2017, after a short illness, Stuart, late of City of Glasgow and Strathclyde Police. Beloved husband and soulmate of the late Mae, father of Grant and the late Russell and Denise, father-in-law of Audrey and loved grandfather and great-grandfather of Jill, Lynn and Laura, Megan, Hollie, Amelie and Ollie. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at Mearns Parish Kirk, Eaglesham Road, G77 5BV on Friday, 28th July at 1pm, thereafter to Linn Crematorium, Lainshaw Drive, at 2pm. Family flowers only please.

If ever there were two people never meant to be apart, it was my Gran and Grandad.

You are now back where you were always meant to be Grandad, with Gran.
