WALKER FORBES MACKENZIE, died peacefully, on 6th November, 2017, aged 96, widower of Grace Kathleen. Loving father of Ian and Lyn. Much adored grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium, Bracknell on Monday, 11th December at 1.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations to Cancer Research UK and Ben Charity c/o Lines Bannister, 69 High Street, Ascot Berkshire, SL5 7HP.
