LIVINGSTONE JAMES McCARDLE. Peacefully, after illness bravely borne, lately professor at Strathclyde University and other academic institutions. Beloved son of the late George and Mary, brother of the late David and brother-in-law to Netta. Much loved uncle to Janice, Andrew and his wife Mary, cousin and great-uncle to the family and friend. Thanks to all staff of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde who cared for him in his final months. Funeral service at St Giles Chapel, Linn Crematorium, Lainshaw Drive, on Monday, 26th February at 2.45pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
