MacKINNON LACHLAN. Peacefully, at Annfield House, Stirling, on Monday, 12th February 2018, aged 90. Former Chief Executive Officer of Dumbarton District Council. Loving and loved husband of Rhoda; much loved dad of Fay, Iain, Charles and Anne; and papa of his 12 grandchildren. Lachlan will be sadly missed by all who knew him, a true gentleman with a sense of fun. Funeral service will take place at Bridge of Allan Parish Church on Friday, 2nd March 2018 at 12.30pm, followed by interment at Logie Cemetery. All welcome. Family flowers only, please.
