Power to the people in digital age

Martyn Wade, head of the National Library of Scotland, talks about his plans for the future.

Scotland’s largest library was once known as the library of last resort: you were only allowed to use it if you could not find the information you were seeking anywhere else. Even then there was no guarantee that you’d be allowed in.
