The romantic comedy, which stars Scots David Tennant and Kelly MacDonald, is set on a Hebridean island, with some scenes filmed in and around Glasgow and others at Auchindrain, near Inveraray in Argyll.
It is the first 2012 release in a procession of big-budget films that have been made in Scotland over the last two years, generating millions for the economy and boosting international awareness of the locations featured.
