More acts for Wickerman

More acts have been announced for the Wickerman Festival in Dundrennan, Dumfries and Galloway, in July. Scottish indie act Finding Albert, whose recent EP was produced by Dumfries-born Calvin Harris, are new additions to the main Summerisle stage. That stage will be compered by BBC DJ Ally McCrae, and will feature bands such as Bwani Junction and The Horndog Brass Band. Root System return to play the Scooter tent, alongside ska band Big Fat Panda and punk tribute act The Counterfeit Clash. There will also be an Acoustic Village area, featuring acts such as Carrbridge singer Rachel Sermanni and Artmagic, a new collaboration between Suede guitarist Richard Oakes and songwriter and producer Sean McGhee.
