Manus McGuire, the fiddle player who was due to appear at the Jimmy McHugh Memorial Concert in Glasgow this weekend, has had to withdraw through illness.
His brother, Seamus, who was Manus's fiddle partner in the group Buttons & Bows, has agreed to step in as his replacement. The concert goes ahead at Woodside Halls in Glenfarg Street on Saturday at 8pm.
