Pete Morton, Edinburgh Folk Club

Pete Morton had a Full Monty moment when he went to post some parcels.

Finding the queue snaking out on to the street and settling in for a long wait, the Leicester-born singer-songwriter-guitarist was suddenly struck by inspiration for a song about how, with personal stereos and mobile phones occupying our attention, everyone's in their own little world and nobody's got time for anyone else.
