2014 will be an exciting year for Scottish talent and live music.

Rod Stewart

After being one of the first to perform at the SSE Hydro in 2013, Rod Stewart will return to Scotland to play at the Falkirk Stadium on June the 21st.

 

Franz Ferdinand

Following the release of their fourth studio album, 'Right Thoughts Right Words Right Action' last year, the band will performing at  Glasgow Barrowlands on March the 25th as part of their UK tour.

 

Chvrches

The Scottish trio, who came fifth on BBC's Sound of 2013 and have enjoyed success with their debut album 'The Bones of What You Believe' will play at Glasgow's  Barrowlands on March the  8th.

Mogwai

The Glasgow Four Piece will be performing at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on January 28th, and will be premiering new songs from the upcoming album Rave Tapes.


 

 
Sandi Thom

The 'I wish I was a Punk rocker' singer 's UK 'An Evening with Sandi Thom' tour will include three stops in Scotland: The Carnegie Hall in Dunfermline on the 13th of April, The Tivoli Theatre in Aberdeen on the 15th of April and Howden Park Centre in Livingston on the 17th of April.

 

Transatlantic Sessions

This bringing together of American, Irish and Scottish folk legends, as seen on the BBC Four show of the same name, will perform at Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on January the 31st and February the 2nd.

Eddi Reader and Kieran Goss
The duo, compromising Eddie Reader, a Brit Award Winning Scottish singer-songwriter, and Kieran Goss, a contemporary Irish singer-songwriter, will perform their Celtic fusion at three venues across Scotland: at Eden Court in Inverness on the 24th of April, at the Queens Hall in Edinburgh on the 25th of April, at the 02 ABC Glasgow on the 27th of April.
