Stand up Drunk with Karen Dunbar, Oran Mor, Glasgow

Interrupting her comic turn in the strongly received revival of Men Should Weep at the National Theatre in London, Karen Dunbar has temporarily forsaken the hardship of a 1930s Glasgow tenement for gallus humour in the city’s refined, contemporary west end.

The former Chewin’ The Fat star is completely at home among her ain folk, delivering 45 minutes of assured stand-up before re-appearing to present the spellbinding monologue, A Drunk Woman Looks At The Thistle.
