Tell us about your Fringe show
It's an hour of stand up comedy themed around me becoming British, as well as how I fill my empty days as a comic who works nights.
How does it feel to be playing the Fringe for the first time?
This is my debut hour of stand up but it's my fifth Fringe! It gets better every year.
Best live act seen at Fringe?
Best thing about the Fringe?
For one month a year, being a comedian feels normal and you see your friends regularly.
Worst thing about the Fringe?
If you were not a performer/comedian what would you be doing?
Keeping all my jokes and ideas in a drawer like a weird secret.
What do your family think of your show?
They haven't seen it yet!
How do you combat pre-gig nerves?
I like to enhance them with energy drinks.
Worst on stage experience?
Seeing people whose faces don't move the entire time you've been speaking.
How do you recover from a hefty heckle? Do you have a set of stock replies?
You have to reply with equal force in such a way that keeps the audience on your side.
What do you love about Scotland?
The people here, their sense of humour and dark irony. And the bagpipes.
What do you like about Edinburgh?
The scenery! And the bars are fun.
What's the most Scottish thing you've done?
My gran was from Orkney and we all went up there for a big family reunion at their old farm.
Who's your favourite Scottish comedian?
Brian "Limmy" Limond
Whatever Gary Delaney says!
