Eastenders stars collect TV award
EastEnders stars including Shane Richie and Lacey Turner have already got their hands on a gong before tonight's TV Choice Awards.
The actors picked up a special award celebrating the long-running soap's 30th anniversary next year.
Show bosses have stayed tight-lipped about any plans to mark the anniversary. The soap celebrated its 25th birthday in 2010 with a live episode.
Two of its stars, Danny Dyer and Adam Woodyatt, are in the running to be named Best Soap Actor at tonight's awards with co-star Lindsey Coulson up for Best Soap Actress.
The long-running saga about who killed Lucy Beale is also nominated for Best Soap Storyline.
