Deirdre And Me: A Tribute, STV 7.30pm

Screening in memory of and tribute to veteran Coronation Street actress Anne Kirkbride, who died last month, here's another chance to see this 2012 profile documentary of the actress. In it she talks about the decades she spent playing Deirdre Barlow, one of Corrie's best-loved (and therefore one of the country's best-loved) soap matriarchs, and takes the cameras backstage on the famous Granada TV set to meet her fellow cast members. We also see her discuss the depression she felt when filming the 1998 "Weatherfield One" storyline in which her character was jailed for fraud. Among those contributing are Bill Roache, Johnny Briggs, Kate Ford, Michelle Keegan and Ryan Thomas.

Excluded: Kicked Out Of School, BBC Three, 9pm

Third and final episode of BBC Three's excellent fly-on-the-wall survey of life inside the Bridge Academy in London, an establishment catering for pupils who have been excluded from schools in what everyone involved refers to as "the mainstream". At times it's heartbreaking. In episode one we met 13-year-old Millie, whose annoying and precocious behaviour turned out to be a coping mechanism for two personal tragedies - she recently lost both her mother and an elder sibling in quick succession. Finding the reasons for the frankly abominable behaviour is half the battle for the dedicated staff - coping with it, is the other.
