Dispatches, Channel 4, 8pm/Superfoods: The Real Story, Channel 4, 8.30pm

Channel 4's thought-provoking investigative documentary strand turns its attention tonight to salt and asks: are we eating too much? A similar programme earlier this year looked at sugar addiction, though the health problems caused by the salt in our diet are potentially more troubling. Prime among them are an increased risk of heart problems and strokes caused by high blood pressure, itself associated with salt intake. As ever, the food industry must shoulder a great deal of the blame, as reporter Tazeen Ahmad discovers. That's followed by part one of a new four-part series in which which Kate Quilton asks if the so-called superfoods are quite as super as they seem.

Office Space, Film 4, 1.40am

As well as being the man behind cult animated series Beavis And Butthead and King Of The Hill, Mike Judge has directed three feature films. This is the first, and thanks to its "Work sucks" strapline, its sharply-drawn satire and its geek/slacker anti-heroes, it has become a cult classic. As an added bonus, it also features Friends star Jennifer Aniston in one of her earliest film roles. If you like this, Judge's third film, Extract, premieres on Film 4 tomorrow night (11.05pm). Made a decade after Office Space, it's a companion piece of sorts and stars Jason Bateman, Ben Affleck and the wonderful Kristen Wiig.
