l Glasgow Sculpture Studios, home to many of Scotland's leading contemporary artists, launches its new premises at the £3 million conversion of the former Whisky Bond tonight.

After years moving between temporary premises, Glasgow Sculpture Studios (GSS) has now moved to its permanent home in the impressive conversion at Speirs Locks, Glasgow. The new building offers studio space to more than 60 artists from Turner prize nominees to recent graduates, along with facilities for more than 120 other practitioners, including workshops, state-of-the-art technology, exhibition space and more.
