Now in its third year, the event in the Old Brewery in Cromarty from July 5-7, offers tuition in small classes with top tutors Pete Clark, Jenna Reid, Lauren MacColl and Adam Sutherland. Participants, who must be 18 years or over, will have classes from each of the tutors and the £195 tuition package includes at least 12 hours of tuition, entry to the Friday night Tutors Concert, the Saturday Concert and lunches.

l The screen segment of the Manipulate programme centred on Edinburgh's Traverse includes a film by Edinburgh College of Art graduates Will Anderson and Ainslie Henderson. The Making of Longbird screens at the Traverse on Saturday at 6.05pm, the day before its makers learn the outcome of its nomination for a BAFTA.

l Scotland's international poetry festival, Stanza, has relocated its 2013 programme after the closure of the Byre Theatre, and tickets are now on sale at new outlets. Dundee Rep is selling tickets online, and they are also available from the Visit Scotland office at 70 Market Street, St Andrews. During the festival (March 7-10) there will be a festival box office at St Andrew's Town Hall. The launch night (March 6) with Lesley Riddoch and a multi-media celebration of Dublin, RiverRun, has relocated to the university. One event, a prints exhibition by Ian Hamilton Finlay, has not found a new home.
