The Glasgow International Festival of Contemporary Art has announced further details of its shows this spring, from April 4-21.
The programme is being curated for the first time by its new director, Sarah McCrory.
At Tramway Galleries 1 and 5, Michael Smith will present his first solo exhibition in a UK institution entitled Videos and Miscellaneous Stuff From Storage (Pt. 2). The exhibition will showcase a series of his most important works from the last three decades exploring the medium of television.
In Tramway's T2 space, Bedwyr Williams will present Echt, a film installation which takes the form of a full size diorama, depicting an encounter in a dark forest clearing.
At GOMA, Aleksandra Domanovic will present her first solo exhibition in the UK, which will explore a "marginalised representation of women within popular science fiction and time travel". Domanovic will install a series of large scale sculptural banners printed with images depicting motifs and characters stemming from her research.
On the first floor of GOMA, Sue Tompkins will present a new performance and a new suite of fabric pieces, paintings and works on newsprint as part of her exhibition Come to Ozark.

New space makes debut
Specially commissioned furniture, sound installations and video work inspired by the Glasgow School of Art's new Reid Building is to be showcased in its inaugural exhibition.
The Glasgow School of Art's Reid Gallery, a purpose-built exhibition space on the ground floor of the new Reid Building, will feature work by four of the GSA's alumni - Briggs & Cole, Raydale Dower and Heaven Baek - to respond to the architecture of the space.
The show features both physical and digital works and the exhibition runs from March 22 to May 4 and is part of the 2014 Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art, or GI, programme.

Marra tribute in pipeline
Resolis Hall in Cromarty is to stage a Highland tribute to the late singer-songwriter Michael Marra on March 29.
Details are under wraps but organisers at the venue, which hosted The Herald Angel-winning Marra's final live performance in 2012, have plans including a souvenir programme featuring recollections from Marra's admirers, and expect to make further announcements soon. All proceeds will go towards trying to realise Marra's dream of bringing a branch of music for children organisation El Sistema Scotland to his home town, Dundee.
