Stills, Edinburgh’s only dedicated photography gallery, celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.
As part of the celebrations the centre for photography is launching a major fundraising campaign, which aims to raise £40,000 for its future programme.
Ben Harman, Director of Stills said: "Our 40th anniversary has been an opportunity for us to take stock and look at everything Stills has achieved over the last four decades.
"Stills has made a huge contribution to the creative scene in the country and now, as we reflect on our role and potential for the next 40 years, our ambitions are greater than ever."
A selection of anonymous prints are available to bid on online now.
All works will be available to view from 11am on the 18th October in Stills’ Gallery on Cockburn Street.

The author and poet Alan Spence has opened a new bookshop in Edinburgh called Citadel Books.
The bookshop, in Abbeyhill's Montrose Terrace.
The core of the stock, Mr Spence said, is a collection of books he collected while teaching Creative Writing at Aberdeen University.
Mr Spence is the Makar for Edinburgh.

The Maltings arts centre in Berwick upon Tweed stages a jazz weekend from October 13 to 15.
Don Paterson, the much decorated poet, appears in his other creative role, as the guitarist in his band the Don Paterson Situation, with keyboardist Steve Hamilton, drummer Alyn Cosker and the current Young Scottish Jazz Musician of the Year, bassist David Bowden, on Friday 13th.
Pianist Geoff Eales, who has worked with luminaries including Adelaide Hall, Henry Mancini and Lalo Schifrin, presents the History of Jazz Piano in an afternoon concert on Saturday 14th, with guitarist Fred Thelonious Baker paying homage to Pat Metheny in the evening.
There will also be a New Orleans Jazz Brunch on Sunday 15th and in addition to his Pat Metheny concert, Fred Thelonious Baker will give a guitar workshop on Saturday morning.

Late Night Studio Jazz concerts return to the City of Music Studio at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall for a fifth series beginning on Saturday, October 14.
Pianist and radio presenter Julian Joseph makes a rare appearance in the city when he plays a solo concert on November 4, following the opening concert featuring drummer Stu Brown’s Twisted Toons presentation of music from animated films and the classic jazz sounds of The Ugly Bug Ragtime Three + One on Saturday, October 21.
Saxophonist Laura Macdonald’s quartet plays the music of Cole Porter on Saturday, November 18. The rising generation of jazz players in saxophonist Tommy Smith’s youth jazz orchestra follow on Saturday, November 25.
