Lazy Susan are performing Forgive Me, Mother! at the Assembly: The Box during August.

  • What is your Fringe show about?

Mothers, fear, retribution. Ya know, the stuff girls talk about!

  • How many times/many years have you appeared at the Fringe?

We’ve been up three times with our own shows and we also once made the mistake of doing ‘a play’.

  • What’s your most memorable moment from the Fringe?

Probably gotta be the time we heard our entrance music playing and we were not in the venue.

  • What’s the worst thing about the Fringe?

There’s nowhere to have a proper dance. Honestly it’s really tough.

  • If you were not performers what would you be doing?

Enjoying a disposable income? Sorry - shot straight from the hip with that one.

  • How do you prepare for a performance?

We always say ‘got your back’ to each other, often in a state of delirium after all our pre-show poos. I’m afraid this is simply the truth.

Just seeing people do their shows and try their best.

  • What’s the most Scottish thing you’ve ever done?

Nothing particularly strenuous. We always bust out a few ‘cheers pals’ when we’re in Edinburgh and feel self-conscious about it.

  • Favourite Scottish food/drink?

We are extremely regular clients of the crepe wagon in Bristo Square does this count?

  • Sum up your show in three words

Fun plus danger
