Circus Trick Tease talk about their Edinburgh Fringe show.

1 Tell us about your Fringe show

It’s a 45min action packed, silly billy, extra ordinary circus comedy which attempts to prove that kids are stinky with messy, ridiculous, hysterical twists. They only succeed in proving that children are awesome…and they know it!

2 Best thing about the Fringe?

The tiny moments, the anticipation of an audience before a show, midnight kebabs, a hug from a 6 foot clown, walking the meadows and little hands giving you high fives.

3 Worst thing about the Fringe?

Waiting for a review…. it turns your tummy inside out.

4 How many years have you been coming to the Fringe?

I’ve been three times. The first time I was inspired, the second time with a little show and now with the Stinky.

5 Favourite Fringe venue?

The Piccolo of course.

6 Best Fringe memory?

Reading our first five star review, I was totally blown away.

7 Worst moment of corpsing?

A little girl yelling out in the middle of our show, “I fart in ballet class"

8 Craziest on stage experience?

One kid decided to break dance in the middle of our show.

9 What’s on your rider?

Five eggs, a packet of lollies, air freshener and an onion.

10 How do you wind down after a show?

Hanging out with my darling crazy two-year-old.

11 What do you love about Scotland?

The hills, the accent but mostly the kilts.

12 What do you like about Edinburgh?

The people. You have the best audiences in the world.

13 What’s the most Scottish thing you’ve done?

Lots of beer drinking.

14 What kind of jokes do a Scottish crowd seem to respond to? What is the audience response like in Edinburgh?

All of them, we are having so much fun.

15 Favourite Scottish food/drink?

Steak and mushroom pie at Doctors.

Circus Trick Tease: Children are Stinky is on at the Assembly George Square Gardens until August 29.
