Axis-Shield strikes US deal for arthritis test

Axis-Shield, the Scottish-Norwegian maker of medical diagnostic kits, yesterday said it had struck a deal with Bio-Rad Laboratories to include its test to detect early-stage rheumatoid arthritis on the US company's automated analysers.
