Bobo Balde, the former Celtic defender, insists the club owe him more than £200,000 and he has taken his case to PFA Scotland, the players' union.
The Guinean, who already has a case pending with FIFA over disciplinary sanctions imposed by Celtic, did not receive the final two months of his salary. Celtic insist this is because he was given an advance' of £100,000 and owed fines of £100,000. Balde argues that the first sum was actually a bonus he was due and that the fines were unlawful.
Balde is ready to take the club to court if necessary, but Celtic are confident they have done nothing wrong.
