CONTACT centre firm HEROtsc has been re-appointed by Office Depot to handle customer services for the Viking Brand.
The three-year extension preserves 85 jobs at Rothesay on Bute, plus dozens more at Dearne Valley in Rotherham.
Andy Doig, HEROtsc chief operating officer, said: "The quality and professionalism of the staff in the two centres is of the highest standard and the centres have performed outstandingly since Office Depot first appointed us.
"We look forward to that level of service continuing as we go forward."
