INDIGOVISION chief executive Marcus Kneen has been awarded more than £48,000 of shares.
The 25,000 ordinary shares were given to him under an option scheme run by the CCTV specialist.
Mr Kneen, who has been at the company since 2003, now holds 212,544 shares, which is equivalent to 2.8% of the issued share capital.
