A LEGAL & General Property fund has paid almost £55 million to buy the Union Plaza office block in Aberdeen from a subsidiary of Stewart Milne Group.
Tenants in the building, which was completed in 2008, include GDF Suez Exploration and Production, law firm Burness Paull and oil services business AGR.
Mark Russell, from Legal & General Property, said: "The strength of Aberdeen's economy provides a strong platform for continued investment."
