Glasgow-based media group STV said its production arm has won a BBC One commission to make 25 episodes of new quiz show The Link as it reported a 16% rise in underlying profits to £15.2 million in 2013.
It also confirmed plans to resume paying dividends for the first time in seven years, with a 2p a share payout for 2013.
