Estate agency chain Foxtons, which operates 44 branches, has said its pre-tax profits rose 56.6% to £38.9 million after it grew sales volumes by 22% to 5525 last year.
Letting volumes were up 6.7% to 20,538 in a year when the business successfully joined the London stock market.
