AIRLINE group Emirates has seen its annual profit before tax leap 40 per cent to £560 million as it flew a record 44.5 million passengers.
As well as passenger numbers rising 13 per cent, the Dubai-based group said it added 24 aircraft to its fleet. The additions included 16 A380s, the world's largest commercial aircraft.
