STEVE Wayman, a senior executive at Wood Group, has raised around £600,000 from the sale of shares in the oil services giant.
The Aberdeen-based group said Mr Wayman, who heads the Wood Group Kenny engineering arm, sold 22,723 shares at 802.5p each on Friday. He acquired that number of shares under the company's long term incentive programme. He also sold 52,000 shares at 803.5p each on Friday. Mr Wayman retains a holding of 99,919 Wood Group shares worth £804,000 at yesterday's closing price of 805p.
