SALTIRE Hospitality has targeted boosting turnover to £3 million in its current financial year after winning several high profile contracts.
The Edinburgh-based catering business cited deals such as supplying this weekend's Scotland Welcomes the World to Lunch, part of the Forth Bridges Festival, which will help it increase revenue by 11.1 per cent in the year to the end of October.
The company recorded sales of £2.7 million last year.

Other new business wins secured by the company this year include the Commonwealth Flotilla reception party, held as part of Glasgow 2014.
Saltire, owned by managing director David Peters, also holds ongoing public catering and members' hospitality to the annual GWCT Scone Game Fair and the International Horse Trials and Country Fair in Blair Atholl.
The company, which employs 50 staff at its Ingliston headquarters, as well as a further 15 at sites across Midlothian, also has a 14 year official appointment with the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland, which includes the Royal Highland Show.
Its recent expansion into outdoor events is part of a wider aim to grow revenue in this area by 40 per cent in the next year.
Mr Peters said: "We've grown our business both organically and through acquisition to enable us to compete for any catering and hospitality occasion and this has really helped fuel our expansion. Our aim is to focus on winning more contracts that enable us to combine all of these skills to fully manage events and festivals.
"Everything we provide is made on site using fresh, locally sourced produce, which has been a major attraction for existing and new customers."
Scotland Welcomes the World to Lunch is being held to help mark the 50th birthday of the Forth Road Bridge. It will see Saltire chefs, led by Bran Jankovic, prepare 800 celebratory dishes from a menu created by Nick Nairn.
Saltire will manage the staff and bar at the event, while sister company Saltire Patisserie will supply fresh breads, desserts and pastries to a special food and drink market. Companies supplied by Saltire Hospitality include Edinburgh visitor attraction Dynamic Earth, Harvey Nichols, the Aurora Hotel Collection and the Montpeliers of Edinburgh, the bar, restaurant and boutique hotel operator.
