PERTH-based transport company Stagecoach said today that recent trading had been consistent with its expectations.
The company enjoyed strong year-on-year growth in revenues in its UK rail business in the 12 weeks to July 25. However, revenues in its North American coach and bus operations in the three months to July 31 were down 5.3 per cent on the same period of last year.
Stagecoach said that there was no change to the adjusted earnings per share that it was anticipating for its financial year to April 30, 2016.
