A gourmet chocolate business says it has produced more than 800,000 pieces this year and is forecasting it will make in excess of one million in 2016.

Twelve tonnes of chocolate were hand made by workers at Iain Burnett the Highland Chocolatier during 2015 from its premises at the Scottish Chocolate Centre in Grandtully, Perthshire.

The business said its products were used in British Airways first class cabins and it had customers from around the world.
