A £20 million investment in the Dundee waterfront regeneration project is to be spearheaded by London-based developer Our Enterprise.
The project involves the development of plot 2 of Dundee’s central waterfront close to the V&A Museum currently under construction and next to the existing Malmaison hotel. The development will form part of the city’s new design and innovation quarter.
The development, close to Dundee’s new railway station, will include apartments, offices and places for start-up businesses.
