Arnold Clark, Europe’s largest independent and family-run car dealer, has been named retailer of the year at the industry’s AM Awards.
It is the fourth time the Glasgow-based group has won the accolade. It also won the awards for best dealer website, and best retail group, being recognized for consistency of its service across its network.
Eddie Hawthorne, group managing director said he was delighted with the awards, adding : “With the increase of mobile device ownership we felt it was important to develop a responsive website that’s easy to use on mobiles.”
