Fort Kinnaird shopping centre, Edinburgh
FORT Kinnaird, the Edinburgh shopping centre, has seen footfall rise 12 per cent over the past year with the arrival of new food, film and fashion brands.
Joining the restaurant strip during the year were the eateries Chiquito, Ed’s Easy Diner, Five Guys, Frankie & Benny’s, Nando’s, Pizza Express and TGI Fridays.
The Odeon Cinema opened on the site in March and has drawn record crowds for blockbusters including James Bond’s Spectre and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Other new arrivals include fashion brands Fat Face, Simply Be and Primark. Fort Kinnaird’s Recruitment & Skills Centre placed almost 1800 jobs in 2015.
