Gavin Lyons, exec chair of Pinnacle Technology Group
PINNACLE Technology Group, the information technology and telecoms company, has acquired Warrington-based adept4, a cloud-based IT services and solutions provider for £5 million.
The deal, financed through the issue of unsecured loan notes, is for an initial consideration of £4.5m satisfied in cash plus deferred consideration of £1m in cash, payable in January 2018
Gavin Lyons, Executive Chairman of Pinnacle, commented: "This is a pivotal moment for Pinnacle as it completes the turnaround of the business which we set out to do in January 2016.”
The company has executed five acquisitions and three disposals in just over four months.
