BARRHEAD-based Complete Cleaning has said it will double its revenues to £10 million by 2020 after revealing plans for a complete restructure.

Founded by Donald Carslaw in 1984, the business, which employs 430 people, will incorporate as Complete Cleaning Services in July, with Mr Carslaw assuming the role of chief executive.

Current commercial manager, Ritchie Paterson will be promoted to managing director. He revealed the strategy behind the bold prediction is to expand the “family feel” of the business into the rest of the UK.

“We have now set our sights firmly on achieving breakthrough in the rest of the UK and building on the success we’ve already had with teams we have established in Newcastle and Manchester,” he said.

Mr Carslaw said: “Over the years our business model has served us well, with our high retention levels for both customer and staff reflecting our total commitment delivering a very personalised service. However the time has come for Complete Cleaning to move up a gear and our new structure puts us in a much stronger position to achieve our targets”.
