BUSINESS centre operator Citibase has announced it is launching two new state-of-the-art centres in Aberdeen and North Lanarkshire. The new centre launches mean Citibase has doubled its number of business hubs in Scotland, and will provide new flexible workspace for up to 500 Scottish businesses.
Citibase has entered into an eight year management agreement on the Aberdeen 22,000 sq ft property with head tenant AAB. Citibase Strathclyde Business Park is a 39,000 sq ft property owned by Mackay Properties.
