SIGMA Capital Group has launched a £39 million regeneration scheme in Liverpool after securing funding.
The project, based next to Lime Street Station, will be funded by Curlew Student Trust, and comprise 28,000 sqft of retail and leisure units, a hotel and a 412-bedroom student accommodation block.
