STV Group has appointed the chairman of financial planning firm Brewin Dolphin as a non-executive director.
Simon Miller, who also chairs investment trusts BlackRock North American Income and JP Morgan Global Convertible Income and is a non-executive director of Scottish Friendly, has joined the STV board with immediate effect.
STV chair Margaret Ford said that Mr Miller would “provide valuable insight to STV” as we progress our successful growth strategy”.
