ACCOUNTANCY firm Ernst & Young has unveiled the finalists in the Scotland leg of year’s EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

A total of 21 entrepreneurs have made the shortlist, with their firms employing more than 5,900 and turning over around £590 million. The finalists, which represent sectors such as from technology, oil and gas, health and food and drink, include Scottish Salmon Company chief executive Craig Anderson, Leah Hutcheon of Appointed, Marie Owen of LS Productions, Craig Gallagher of MB Aerospace Group Holdings and Martyn Gray of Nairn’s Oatcakes.

The winner will be announced at Gleneagles in June.
