EDINBURGH property group Ediston Real Estate has joined forces with Europa Capital to acquire Auldhouse Retail Park in Glasgow from Aviva Investors.
The fully-let park in the southside of the city contains 116,656sq ft of retail space across seven units, with tenants including Homebase, Aldi, Pets at Home and Home Bargains.
