Scottish firm Abstract Group has partnered with Norwegian investment company Aker ASA to buy a 40-acre site next to Aberdeen Airport.

An undisclosed sum was paid to Miller Developments, and the companies intend to build what will be known as Aberdeen International Business Park.

The first phase is slated to include 300,000 sq ft of office development plus leisure and retail facilities while there are also plans to look at putting in a four-star hotel.
