ACS Clothing is consolidating its operations at Eurocentral after agreeing terms for a large site at the business park, writes Greig Cameron.
The formalwear and kilt hire company's existing bases in Manchester and Glasgow will be relocated to the 85,340 sq ft unit.
ACS has taken a 15-year lease and is paying an annual rental of £426,700 for the warehouse and office space.
