GEOPHYSICS and exploration technology company Adrok is opening a new facility in Canada.

The group, which has its headquarters in Edinburgh, said it will create six new jobs with the site on Prince Edward Island.

Adrok has been working in Canada since 2011 after receiving investment from client Teck Resources.

Gordon Stove, managing director of Adrok, said: "Canada is fast becoming the top destination for mineral exploration and it makes sense for us to expand our operations."
