Alliance Trust in capital move

DUNDEE-headquartered Alliance Trust has taken office space at Atria One, the Grade A development in Edinburgh.

Investment firm Alliance, which has leased a 7,700 square foot suite, is joined by Lothian Pension Fund in taking space at the building in Edinburgh's financial services district. Lothian, which provides pension services for local government employees, has leased a 4,400 sq ft suite.

Brewin Dolphin, Green Investment Bank and PwC also have new premises at Atria One, while IBM has taken a suite within an existing tenant's space.
