Assura buys 28 new sites

ASSURA, a primary care property investor and developer, has announced it has acquired 28 medical centres for £107 million.

The sites were bought from Ray Seymour and Alistair Blacklaws, the founders of the MP Realty Holdings Group. The centres are currently used by around 320,000 patients across England and Wales.
